Who Our Campers Are:

Each session our 200 campers come to us from all over the greater Hartford area. Many of those have also previously been students at our swim school, The School of Swimming.  No matter where they are from though, they all come from different backgrounds, different faiths, and different experiences.  These differences make camp exciting, and help to shape the deep sense of community and belonging that our campers all share here.  That sense of identity and belonging is evident when sitting at the lunch table, peeking in on an activity, or watching a special event unfold on an athletic field. 

Who Our Staff Are:

95% of our staff are former campers at Camp Eagle Feather.  So, we have the great privilege and peace of mind in having counselors that we have known for years.  This is hugely important to us; our staff play a critical role in fostering community,  carrying out the mission, and in continuing the culture that is so important at camp.  Our staff are also fun loving, mature, responsible, and certified in the activities they run.
